Basic Opening: $150
Basic Opening includes:
  • Clearing cover of all major debris
  • Removal of cover from pool
  • Putting down safety anchors / empty water bags
  • Folding and leaving cover in a spot of your choice or
  • Folding and loading cover in truck to clean, inspect, and store at our office

Standard Opening:   $350
Pool Opening includes:
  • Begin filling pool with hose
  • Clear cover of all major debris
  • Remove cover from pool
  • Put down safety anchors / empty water bags
  • Fold and leave cover in a spot of owners' choice or
  • Fold and load cover in truck to clean and store*
  • Clean water line staining
  • Clean cover stains on pool deck
  • Clear pool deck of all leaves and debris
  • Dispose of trash, leaves and debris
  • Assemble all equipment (pumps, chlorinator, filter, ladders, railings,)
  • It is the owners' responsibility to watch and turn off water at appropriate level (mid skimmer) to avoid over filling pool.
  • **NOTE**  Pools typically fill at 1" every 1 hour
  • Pull all winterizing plugs
  • Attach and position eyeball jets
  • Start up pool 
  • Open skimmer lines
  • Place baskets in skimmers (replace baskets if necessary and if authorized by owner)
  • Check skimmer flaps (if available)
  • Brush down walls and steps
  • Skim pool surface
  • Vacuum pool
  • Backwash (if available)
  • Inspect automatic pool cleaner (if available)
  • Install automatic pool cleaner (if available)
  • Test water chemical levels
  • Balance chemicals
  • Make repairs as needed with authorization from owners
  • Arrange pool furniture on deck (if requested)
  • Leave door tag or send email to provide notification of duties completed

Drain and Wash Opening: $600
  • Clear cover of all major debris
  • Remove cover from pool
  • Put down safety anchors / empty and store water bags
  • Fold and leave cover in a spot of owners request or
  • Fold and load cover in the truck to clean and store*
  • Drain pool
  • Pull hydrostatic plug to release ground water pressure from under the pool as well as prevent pool from floating out of the ground
  • Acid wash or chlorine scrub pool sides, floor, tiles, and steps.
  • Clean water line staining
  • Clean cover stains on pool deck
  • Clear pool deck of all leaves and debris
  • Clear Algae out of pool
  • Power wash Pool
  • Acid Wash Pool
  • Dispose of trash, leaves, and debris
  • Re install Hydrostatic Plug
  • Begin filling pool with garden hose
It is the owners' responsibility to watch and turn off water at appropriate level (mid skimmer) to avoid over filling pool.
**NOTE** Larger Pools typically fill at 1" every 1 hour
  • Check water level in pool and continue to allow filling to appropriate level (mid skimmer)
  • Assemble all equipment (heater, pumps, chlorinator, filter, ladders, railings)
  • Inspect automatic pool cleaner (if available)
  • Repair automatic pool cleaner (if authorized by owners)
  • Make repairs to equipment (if authorized by owners)
  • Arrange pool furniture on deck (if requested)
  • Remove all winterizing plugs

  • Start up pool 
  • Open skimmer lines
  • Place baskets in skimmers (replace baskets if necessary and if authorized by owner)

CLEANING, INSPECTING, AND STORING COVERS
We will professionally clean, inspect, and store your cover for the entire pool season, so that you do not have to worry about it taking up vital space in your garage or shed. 
  • $125 For Cleaning, Storage, and Inspection
  • $75 For Cleaning, Inspection

POOL CLEANINGS

Standard Opening Chemicals will be charged to Customer after Opening Service is complete. Chemicals used in Drain and Wash Package are included in costs.


We find that each pool, with it's own defining characteristics, is unique. Some of our customers have surrounded their paradise with flora, others' with fountains, still others have kept it simple, yet efficient to their needs and desires. Whatever the design you have chosen for your pool or spa, we know how to keep it clear and blue, through our most important services: Cleaning and Chemistry Balancing. From algae control, balancing your water chemistry, and metal staining,  to vacuuming, skimming, salt systems, and more. We offer a wide array of cleaning services, as to which we maybe able to better suit your pools' specific needs.

Our standard cleaning duties include:

  • Cleaning all debris and leaves off pool deck
  • Checking and balancing your water chemistry
  • Cleaning the water ring around the inside of pool/spa walls
  • Brushing down pool/spa  walls, ladders, and steps
  • Emptying Skimmers and Leaf traps
  • Emptying the pump basket
  • Re-Lubing the O Ring in the pump lid
  • Skim pool surface
  • Brush gutters around pool edge (if available)
  • Backwash pool filter
  • Check cartridge filters (if available)
  • Refresh DE filters
  • Inspect equipment
  • Vacuum Pool/Spa
  • Check Salt Levels (if available)
  • Refill Chlorinator (if available)
  • Clean Salt Cell (if necessary)
  • Add Algae prevention, Clarifiers, Salt Water Magic, etc. (if necessary)
  • Remove from deck all trash, trash bags, leaves, debris
  • Return toys/floats to side of pool into bins (if provided)
  • Same day, each week service
  • Email an invoice or hang door tag stating duties performed and chemical readings

Weekly Cleaning Pool Only: $60 per visit
Weekly Cleaning Spa Only: $40 per visit

Bi-Weekly Cleaning Pool Only: $60 per visit
Bi-Weekly Cleaning Spa Only: $40 per visit

To make costs a bit easier we also provide several Discounted Package Rates for Weekly Cleanings for you pools and/or spas.


POOL CLOSINGS
Closing: $400 + chemicals


Standard Pool Closing includes:
  • Vacuum Pool to remove excessive debris and leaves
  • Drain water down below the return lines
  • Remove eyeball jets, all skimmer baskets, and fountain heads (if needed)
  • Plug the return lines and blow all water out of the lines
  • Blow anti-freeze through the return lines
  • Pull all equipment plugs and drain chlorinator, filter, and pump
  • Add liquid chemicals (Liquid Chlorine, Algaecide)
  • Clean filters
  • Clean deck
  • Raise anchors for cover/ Fill Water bags
  • Install cover
  • Check safety cover straps make sure they are secure and are at proper lengths
  • Hang a door tag or send email to inform of duties performed



Partial Payments or deposits maybe be required before services are started.
